The remaining 222,000 square meters will be allocated for the construction of a magnificent 5-star Four Seasons Grand Luxury hotel and a prestigious collection of luxury villas. The proposed buildable area spans 73,100 square meters, with an estimated construction timeline of two to three years. Additionally, the project envisions the creation of 486 luxury homes in a yet-to-be-developed section.
